    Hi,
Does anyone have a phone number for Ebuyer.
I have been waiting two weeks for them to reply to a requested return/replacement for a new faulty TFT monitor (faulty from delivery, Lg 1980u tft) . The RMA is not even posted to anyone for action. Also no response from their useful? enotes system.

    Is all OK at Ebuyer?

    Regards

    Gary

    Hello Gary,

Sorry I dont have a number for ebuyer. But I recently sent back my Epson tw10h to them.I managed to send it back and get a refund within 72hours
Albiet missing the cost to send it to me and the cost to send it back(royal mail special delivery) Did you obtain an RMA number from them before you sent back your TFT? Also did you send it recorded or special delivery? as I would check with your carrier! Once i'd sent my parcel I had a confirmation note on my Ebuyer account via the website showing they had recived the PJ.
within 24 hours of them reciving back the PJ.

Allegedly, there is a phone number on blagger.com for them. Welcome to the Ebuyer Di-satisfaction Club. Why did you not heed the warnings ?
    Mike.

ask your credit card company for a refund
it's the only way to get your money back.

I just ordered 500 quids worth of stuff. It all arrived and works great. I guess you only found out how good a company is when you have to try their customer services.

    Dino,

thanks for the reply. They have not allocated an RMA number, it has been awaiting processing for two weeks! After the first week I sent an enote - this has not been answered.

A quick google search shows much dissatisfaction with Ebuyer customer support and shows some people have been able to find a phone number. I may give this route a go.

    Mikeyavman,
You are correct you only find out how bad a company can be when things go tits up.

I guess ebuyer will not get any future orders from me.

    Hello Gary,

Did they not give you an RMA number BEFORE you sent the TFT back? because they say you can send items back without a RMA but if you do.It can take up to a month for replacment! :(

Hope you get it' sorted soon

    DINO.

I had to return a failed HD to them the other week which i brought from them back in August, they no longer stock that particular model so got a full refund, well not excluding postage, about a week after. That is the only after sales dealings i have had with them and it all appeared fine from my viewpoint.

    Dino,

No I still have the TFT, waiting for Ebuyer to give me the RMA number. I have requested this through their online system...still waiting for them to respond. Still at stage 1...

    regards

Not having telephone contact is a bit of a pain in the bum, but I think you will find they are very busy at the moment...probably dealing with xmas returns.

Returned something myself recently, took longer than normal to respond to my enote, but they will get to it. Just one of the perils of ordering over the net.

Personally I but just about all of my components from e-buyer with no probs what so ever
