Does anyone know if i can connect my ps3 to the internet via an ethernet cable going into my network card in my pc?
I am having no luck at the moment and everything i look at mentions connecting to a router. I am with tiscali and i got a little speedtouch router which has no inputs.

    thanks

I have never heard of a router with at least one ethernet input. Are you sure it's a router and not a modem.

In any case you should be able to get your PS3 on the internet by connecting it to the PC's network card. I'm not sure if the PS3 is auto sensing. If it isn't and you're using a standard straight through ethernet cable that might be your problem. You may need to use a cross over ethernet cable. Bare in mind even with the right cable you need to enable ICS ( internet connection sharing ) in your PC's network settings.
