hope someone can help me with connecting my new DVD recorder I purchased at the weekend along with all my other kit

    I have the following kit

    30" Thompson LCD tv

    Sony DVD Home Theatre system

    Sony RDRHX710 DVD recorder

    Sky Digital box

    - and the following leads

1 x Set of component leads

1 x Set of Sky leads (Scart one end and RCA the other)

3 x set of RCA leads.

Does any one know the best what to connect all the kit up!!! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have it set up at the moment with Sky going into DVD Recorder, DVD recorder connected to Home Theatre and TV connected via Component to DVD Recorder. it all works fine but wanted to know if there is another / better way of connecting it all up.
