    Hi i have had my Barco for three months working with out a hitch un till the green tube stopped producing an image.
    I lifted the lid took a look at the base of the green tube and it's producing an orange glow the same as the other tubes.
    I have tried swapping the yellow wires on the rgb amplifier but the green tube is still not producing an image.
    I am at loss on how to fix this any help is apreseated. :lease:

    Hi aerobic, you probably have problems with your RGB output amplifier. Sometimes the IC VPH 05 can breaked or some little transistor CMS.......
    Try to find a nother RGB amplifier......;

    Ok i disconnected the green and blue rgb amplifiers from the tubes and focus block then swopped them over and the problem moved from green to blue.
    all i need is a new one :thumbsup:
    I have Emailed Liam & Henry @ CRTprojectors on a price for one.
    I tried to email Roland @ B4projectors thru his web site but all i got was "File Not Found - Error 404"

    That's because he has all the Forward Slashes (/) as backslashes (\) in this code. So it will only work properly in evil IE.

    If you edit the URL to change the %5C to / it will work.

    I tried www.hammerheadtech.com for a second hand r762559 rgb amplifier got a reply from stating "we don't have that model in stock, but we do have another part number in stock that will work with the 701s. I just want to make sure you didn't need that exact part number and you were just looking for a part that should work with all 701s sets. "
    Is this true are there other rgb amplifier boards that will work with my projector?
    :confused:

    I really don't want to see you like that. :)

    The only thing that's really wrong with it is that you have "\" instead of "/" in your links. Change those and it will work. IE lets you get away with this bad practice.
