Help with a Paradigm pdr8

    Although I only have a pro-logic system, I thought it would be a good idea to get a sub-woofer to reinforce my bass effects when watching films via my modded Pioneer525 and Yamaha 395 amp. I have 17yr old Wharfedale Laser90 speakers (which still sound excellent) for fronts, Ariston micro-monitors for rears, and a Gale centre speaker - in a room 3.5x4 meters - with me facing the long wall normally. I don't tend to listen to films loudly for the neighbours sake.
    Has anyone got advice on how to setup the pdr8 sub? Does it matter where it goes, or how high I set the frequency cut-off/volumne?
