Help, updated firmware but now i cant play any music.

Guys, firmware update seemed to go ok and everything seems to be working, except when i press the ipod icon to play my music i get a message on screen " cancelling sync....." and thats it, nothing else.

EDIT.... sorted it now, re synced it with itunes and that unlocked it, phew.
