Hi, I'm doing an art project where I'm using a projector as a light source through pretty thick transparent fabric. I've read up on the terms and think I know what I need, also looked at projectorcentral but thought I'd ask here since you guys might know more or have good tips It seems 2000 lumens are enough to shine properly through the fabric and the way the material diffuses the light makes resolution a non-issue, 420p would be sufficient. Noise levels also doesn't matter, but I need a pretty short throw distance of 0.5 or less as the space is very crammed. TL;DR, I'm looking for a >2000 lumen, low resolution (picture quality doesn't matter), >0.5 throw projector, preferably as cheap as possible. Any tips for models to look for in the second hand markets?
