I have just taken delivery at work of the following:

Sony KV-32FQ70 TV
Sony DAVSC8 All-in-One System
Sony SLV-830 Video

I am quite sure from a quick look in the boxes that the only cables included are those for speakers, subwoofer, aerial etc. I don't think there is anything for connecting the DAVSC8, SLV-830 Video, FQ70 TV and my Sky Digital Box all together. Having waited so long, I don't want to get home and not be able to do anything because I don't have any cables.

Can anybody give me a quick list of what I will need. Not too bothered about knowing specific brands of cables (although happy to take advice), but it would be great if I could buy these on the way home so that I can hang it all together.

Many thanks in advance.
Hi Marcusf
you will need
a Scart to connect Sky box to your Video
A RGB scart to connect Sky box to TV
a RGB scart to connect Sony DAV to your TV
One set of phono leads to connect the SKY box to your DAV system

You will need
Three scart leads two of which need to be Fully wired RGB scarts
One set of phono leads

Thor Scart leads tend to be well priced, and Ixos can be had for good prices as well

hope this helps

You will need 2 or 3 fully wired scart leads, and 2 pairs of RCA stereo audio leads for the Sky box to DAV and VCR to DAV (unless you have sky+) IF DAV doesnot have scart then as Samir says S-video or component leads (IF TV has component inputs) Try downloading manuals or getting them out of the box as they will normally assist you in what you need to connect it all up.
