Help!! Sub Woofer Cabling

Hello All,

I've got a Yamaha DSP-AX757SE amp and want to connect a Mission Sub (i think its an SE 7383... maybe) to it. But problem is, the sub, has loads of ports to conntect stuff to and i haven't a clue where to connect a cable to and what kind of cable i need... Can anyone please help me, i'm proper struggling!!!

(It probably would have been better if i found a pic of the back of my sub!)

Heres back of amp. am gonna connect somethign to pre out sub woofer port, but i don't know what kind of cable, cos my sub has a couple line level in ports and then a few "clip ports" like those shown in the picture above. (See the part that says Presence!)

Any help, woud be greaT...

Hi, you need a single RCA - RCA cable going from your amps subwoofer pre-out (middle of the amp) to one of the subwoofers low level inputs (doesn't matter which one) :thumbsup:

You don't have to go too over the top as long as it has good screening .. many here seem happy with Marks cables in the powerbuy forum http://www.avforums.com/forums/cabl...oofer-cable-canares-finest-quality-lv77s.html

Although if you didn't want to spend that much (not sure what length you need) I would take a look at other brands as there may be a few lower priced cables from places like this Subwoofer Cables - Other cables - HiFiCables.co.uk or on ebay etc! :smashin:
