Help replace my Denon-A1D

    Hello All,

    I want to replace my Denon A1D with a new integrated amplifier/receive.

    A big must now is to tidy up the cabling. I want to loose the RGB Scart lead and use component connections where possible and up convert where not.

    Components are:

    Panasonic Plasma with Vga, Component and RGB input
    Kef KHT 5005 Speakers
    Sony DVP CX850D DVD Player RGB Scart and S-Video out
    Sky+ RGB Scart and S-Video
    Xbox with component out
    PS2 with component out
    Cheap progressive DVD player component out
    Rarely used video Scart/Phono composite

    Will eventually upgrade to a decent Progressive DVD player.

    Looked at a Yamaha DSP-Z9 but would this be overkill for the components that I already have. So loads of component inputs and comparable sound to my A1D and video up-conversion just for ease of cabling.
