I bought a 15 inch Samsung SyncMaster TFT LCD Monitor. I hook it all up and I plug it in but when I turn my PC on its just a white screen. The computer works on all other screens I have and the monitor has the same problem on all of my other pc's. How can I fix this problem?

Is it hooked up with VGA or DVI?

Have you checked the settings on the on-screen menu? If not - check the settings are all correct. e.g. that it's set to input from VGA and not DVI, that the brightness and contrast are not at max etc. (thougn I'm not sure the screen would be all white in either case).

I would guess that this is a refresh / resolution problem with your pc's if it is not a problem with the screen itself.

Can you experiment on your pc with difference refresh rates etc?

If you are not getting an on screen menu then send it back. It's faulty.
