HELP please with my Panasonic HD plasma display

Hello all, i got a HD plasma display that only shows the tv channels in black & white, am using a scart into my NTL set top box and at the other end of the scart is an s-video plug and an audio left and right I insert all three into the plasma display andyone got any ideas how to get my colour back...many thanks

Sounds like the set top box is not set for s-vhs through that scart output.
