Hey guys

I've had my Logik LCD TV for nearly a year now and think its time to leave the poor sound and get a nice AV amp and Speakers.

Plus i'm getting an Xbox 360 so will be nice to hear everything from it!!

Now money isn't plentyful so something which is a good all rounder and makes the difference is all i'm looking for.

I've been offered these amps so far

Denon AVR3803 (£330)
Denon 1802 (£150)
Denon AVR-1604 (£150)

Thinking of getting these speakers: Jamo A305PDD 5.1 speaker set

Any suggestions would be cool.

BTW the room isn't big

Thanks in advance

well i can vouch for the 3803 being more than worth the money you are getting it for, the sound quality is lovely, it has most of the inputs/outputs you will likely need apart from HDMI, it can power most speakers (certainly within your budget)..

downsides are its not small, it runs reasonably hot so good ventilation around it is necessary....um...thats about it really...heh

certainly worth getting over the other two you mention considering the cost.....(3803 cost me £750 when i bought mine, and was originally a £1,000 amp if i remember correct when first came out....)
