hiya folks, i've just started a new job where i use a mac. I only have pc's at home so i'm not too up on how the buggers work. I'm liking it so far except for the fact that i've burnt some audio CD's (data files, burnt by windows XP explorer containing MP3's) but the mac isnt even registering the dics, i have no way of accessing them, and dont know any back doors.

Can any one help???

Are they Audio cd's or a data disc with MP3's on it, if it plays ok in a normal audio cd player then it will play ok in the Mac.

it helps if you explain yourself, did you burn the CD's as AUDIO, if not the MAC wont be able to read the PC disk.
Wont get much help round here with that attitude.

they were data Cd's in mp3 format, as it say's above, i re-did them as WAV files and that worked, but i may as well just take my cd's in, the idea was to take mp3s so i could take 5 or 6 albums. sorry for the flippant remark, but the question you asked is in the original post....
