Help- I've recently upgraded to Panny PW7. My intention was (for wife friendly ease of use) to run VCR, DVD and cable box into Pioneer VSX 402 AV reveiver- all Scart inputs and then 1 scart output to display. Hoewever on doing this I do not get any audio from amp when using DVD as source. I am now wondering whether this is because DVD player is actually a PanasonicHT70 all in one which normally would put its own audio out through the attached in built 5.1. Is there anyway of getting audio out from this DVD player through the Pioneer or will I have to upgrade- I know DVD players are pretty cheap but ideally I woul like to wait till I can afford a DVDR or maybe HDD.
