I have a 8 year old Sony TV which it says has S-Video out put in AV 2 and AV 3

I looked at AV 2 and its a 21 pin scart socket but AV 3 is a 4 pin socket.

I have got AV 2 on S-Video output as I have managed to locate the L1 output mode on my S-VHS video unit (JVC HR-6855EK)

But as I am using AV 2 socket I was wondering is there any use for the AV 3 socket.

    Any information is helpful
    thanks
