Hi All, Newbie here so please bear with.

Recently purchased a Dell2300MP projector and have had no issues watching films on my dvd player, laptop or ps2 using component, composite or s-video connections.

Tonight i tried to connect My PACE ntl box up to the projector but the projector could not detect a signal.

The projector was set to composite out in its settings and i had a scart converter that has composite and audio terminals.

Has anyone else had this issue ? Can anyone assist ?

    Thanks

    :lease:

    Hi :hiya:

Are you sure the Pace box actually outputs composite on the SCART? When I had a Pace box I needed a SCART->S-Video converter.

is the scart adapter switchable? is it an "in" not an "out"? the freebie one with a PS2 is an "in" not an "out"
PS a JS RGB>YUV converter will look much better composite is really very very poor...........
