    thin why thin? U dont get many thin speakers because they cant produce bass so need a subwoofer. I would recommend some bookshelf speakers or secondhand floorstander.

    when imean thin i mean tht i want the floorstanding type 1's but that look quite nice e.g. silver and yes i was thinking of having a sub to go in there. basically they have to be nice looking that is my main priority ;)

    Some nutter is running a 'Power Buy' on these very Forums for Canton 'thin as a thin thing' tall boy speakers that look very 'High Tech' - I'm sure you can pick up a set that meets all of your requirements; and some folk say they sound good too :)
