Help needed with iphone and itunes

Hi there

Sorry if this has been covered before but I have a bit of a problem. My Girlfriend has an itunes account on our home laptop and has an ipod. She has recently been given an iphone for work but her work laptop hasn't yet got itunes installed. My question is how does she go about registering her iphone on her work computer, linking to her work email, but still have her existing library from her current itunes account?. Does she need to create a new itunes account on her work pc? A step by step guide will be greatly appreciated. Any help will be great.

She doesn't need to sync the iPhone with the work laptop if she just wants to receive email, assuming her company have some form of ActiveSync service available?

Assuming they do have such an email service published for remote workers / mobile devices, she could configure the iPhone to collect email from that source and keep the music etc synchronised with the home laptop.

So I guess the question is... does the company she works for have a remote email service available?

I believe her company does have a remote email service. She's been told she needs to sync the iphone to her work laptop. Basically how can she get her existing library onto her work laptop with her work email address as it is currently linked to her hotmail account.
I'm confusing myself now. Thanks for the help.

you can copy your library from your home computer (music)

then when you install itunes on the work laptop just simply untick the music sync option. - that way it will keep your home library on your iphone without having to transfer any music to the work laptop.

realistically if you can remote sync the email , you wont ever need to conect it to the works computer.
