I have dug out my old 6Gb creative DAP Jukebox and started to play around with it. I have been using the line in facility to convert some old tapes I had lying around. Does anyone know if its possible to transfer these recordings to my PC?? I have connected it up and installed the drivers, Media Player will let me transfer songs to it, but not from it.

Anyone had any experience with this bit of kit?

    Cheers,
    Alun

It would probably be easier to record the cassettes to the PC hard drive directly?

Is there a line in on the pc because if so then you can record them with some free software on the internet.

Attach the line out/headphone of the player to the line in on the pc, get the computer using this software

    http://www.dirfile.com/adc_sound_recorder.htm

Make sure the line in volume on ur pc is not muted and is high enough. Sort out directory to save to an other settings (recording quality etc) Then start recording on the pc, then start the player playing and it should work.
