help needed: Loss of Home Dashboard on 65CX & 65GX

Hi everyone -

New to the forum, as LG support couldn't help me figure it out. Whenever I go to the Home Dashboard after starting the TV, the app launches and after a couple of seconds the screen goes blank. The mouse courser is there and I can switch content but cannot see the home dashboard. I can repo this easily by rebooting the TV.

I have the latest software update 3.00.70

on a side note, I upgraded to the GX after using the CX for a day due to wall mount issues (glad I did :) ) and experienced the same issue.

let me if anyone has had experienced this and have a solution.

Turns out that I did a full reset. All is well so far. Will let you know if the issue persists.
