Help needed in finding a good 4K Blu Ray Player

Hi all, it looks like my two Blu Ray Players have moreless had their day,
My Panasonic player has stopped recognising Blu Rays but still plays DVDs and my Samsung player plays Blu Rays but has stopped recognising DVDs..

I am well due and upgrade anyways, as I have now got a 4K TV, (since last June)

So I may as well go for a 4K Blu Ray Player,
The player MUST HAVE dual HDMI outputs
My budget is (if possible) £200 or under.
Preferred manufacturer; Panasonic or Samsung,
Will consider others providing they are reliable and have excellent reviews..

The TV in my bedroom is still only an HD TV not 4K so, for now I could just put the two Blu Ray players in there

Can anyone recommend a good 4K player ?
Also, is it best if the player can wirelessly connect to the home router or doesn’t it really matter (to keep the cost down)?

Been looking at the Panasonic 450 and 820 but cannot decide,
What are the pros and cons for each?
I think RS are selling the 450 at around £160/169
But elsewhere the 820 is around £300
