I have a lg37lg5000 i have hdmi 1080p max res to ps3... i am after some display settings for the ps3 as they are so different to what xbox 360 uses. what settings should i be using with this tv and the ps3 because atm i have just got everything on max and i don't want to cause the tv or the ps3 any damage.

    please help cheers

Don't worry about 'damage' the screen will accept any of your PS3's resolution settings. ideally it needs to be set to 1920x1080 (1080p/Full HD etc..)

nooooooooooo, it'll be fine I promise! if the TV doesn't like something (signal) you give it it will simply say 'OUT OF RANGE' or 'NO SIGNAL' but it won't cause any damage at all.
