Question Help needed for build options on new PC

So, my 8 year old PC is on its last legs so I'm looking to buy a new system (I don't want to build one). I'm looking for a desktop which I can use for all the standard home stuff plus some photo/video editing, nothing too heavy. No gaming needs.

I have contacted four suppliers and have said my budget is £500-£750 and, although I could use my existing monitor/mouse etc, I've asked for a complete system.

I would really appreciate any comments on the builds they have quoted as below:

Hi,
The specs seem to be around the latest intel architecture.
1. I would personally go for the 6500 because of the higher clock rate 3.2GHz and there's not a big difference price wise. However, I haven't seen many benchmarks
2. I would consider 16GB of RAM, I've had 8GB for a while and it's perfectly adequate but if you're editing videos and photos, its a nice to have.
3. All the power supplies seem to be budget ones, please consider a known brand like corsair, evga, silverstone, antec, thermaltake etc.... (in no particular order)
4. 250GB SSDs are not a lot more than the 120GB ones and they are generally faster than their smaller counterpart. 120GB fills up very quickly even when you have a second HDD.

Hope it helps
