Hello.
You know what it is like to have a song stuck in your head!
I've tried singing, humming, searching lyrics with no luck.
I don't have much for lyrics. Hoping a description of the video will do it for you and me!
High pitched guy singing. Might be the one who was seen on videos with blue band across his eyes like a weird face tattoo. bald?
I think it is INXS but haven't nailed it down yet.

Video has the group sitting and singing in a car stuck on a freeway because of traffic. Concrete freeway overhead as well along with overpasses. Everyone gets fed up waiting in traffic later on in the video, maybe because of a jumper, and then everyone walks away, disappears, leaving a female chopper traffic reporter voice describing the scene below about how everyone is just gone.
