My 2 year old has all his favourite films and programmes on Sky+ so any help would be appreciated.
Seems as if the hard drive keeps locking and the box eminates a constant hum - as if the disc is stuck spinning.
If I turn off from the mains and restart it works for an hour or so and then locks up again.
2 questions...
1. Is there something I can do to fix this and
2. if I have to replace the box, has anyone devised a clever way of keeping what's been saved by transferring it to the new box?
