Help me with new Home Theater - Speaker choices

Novice Member
I have the opportunity to spend $20,000 on Hometheater in the finished basement. (Ok, fine I 'might' regret this purchase in the future).

What can I add/remove/tweak from the below list. It will be a 7.2.4 setup with room to expand in the future. I have not bought the AV equipment yet. Wiring and framing work is complete. Limitation: The Home theater is walled on three sides, with no wall on the back (near seating), It opens up to space 27' x 20' to the back.

1. Front L/R - Kef R11 towers (pair) $2100 apiece x 2
2. Center - Kef R11 tower (1 tower) $2100 apiece x 1
3. Dual Subs - VTF-3 MK5 HP Subwoofer $1779 for a pair.
4. Front/Rear Sides - Kef Ci3160 THX In walls $1450 apiece x 4
5. In-Ceiling Atmos - Kef Ci200RR-THX $699 apiece x 4
6. Denon 6700 AVH x 1 $2750
7. Elite Prime Vision Acoustic screen 150" SCR-SE150WH1-A4K $2907
8. Repurpose my existing projector - Sony VPL45ES (no cost)
9. I want a dual-zone setup, 4 ceiling speakers to cover the 27' x 20' recreation room, any suggestions for the ceiling speakers?

your gonna need external amps for the front 3 x R11 and move the subs out from the corner to get the best out of them. Otherwise looks like a really good system. Let us know how it goes and post some pics.
