We had a new kitchen a few years ago and after a while one of the lights fell off so I stuck it back with double sided sticky pads, it stayed for a while then fell off again, now another one wont stay:

Any suggestions welcome, there doesn't seem to be a better way to fix them ie with screws etc.

It's the heat and grease that does this, looks like there are two screw holes in the light, modes the fitting not twist to drop the unit out to enable it to be screwed up?

Actually I think you are right, looks like the kitchen fitters just stuck them up but the led part unclips so I can put a couple of screws up - at least I can when I recover from my wrist surgery..

Sorted the two usual suspects, two small screws in each doing the job now.
