I want a device that will copy from sky+ box while transcoding directly to a
xbox 360 or ps3 compatible codec(preferably xbox 360). Does anyone have a list of recommended devices that can do this?
I have a sky+ and a Sony HDD recorder that can copy from sky+ the hdd.
The problem Is, When I want to transfer to my computer I have to go through these steps:
Record on sky+
Copy to HDD
Burn To dvd (takes hours)
Copy to computer
Transcode
p.s sky copy just starts playback then sends a signal to the pvr to start recording.
