help me choose between these two sansungs

i am looking to get a home cinema system to match up with my 40" 6series lcd samsung

ive been looking at these two as i have under £160 to spend and they must be samsung and have two floor standing speakers and have a black finish which i am not sure about the 1st one what do you think? and do you have any better ideas?
