    Hi all

ive run up about 200hrs on my tx100 and ive started noticing that when watching films the picture will dim slightly for a second or two and then return to normal brightness ! Its fairly subtle and i dont notice it all the time but if im specifically looking for it then it seems to occur every few mins.

Anyone had this happen on thier projector?

Any suggestions welcome , thanks :)

    It certainly is.
I've seen it on many makes of projector over the years. Some can flicker pretty fast, others quite slow. It's usually the lamp but occaisonally it can be the lamp ballast.
It's sometimes hard to notice with video material if it's quite subtle. The best way is to put up a static image like Windows Desktop.

If your projector is still under warranty, I would ask your dealer if he would rectify the problem for you. I personally find lamp flicker really annoying.
