Help, I need to know VGA to scart lead to buy.

As some of you know I have had trouble trying to sort out my screen without a tuner box.

Finally I think I am getting somewhere, I should be able to sort the picture out if i use a a scart to vga lead, the only problem is that I have been told that its not worth buying a standard lead from ebay, but to get a Q Sync one instead which costs 80 pound plus.

Does anyone know if there is another cheaper option that will work?

Can we get some more details regarding the equipment at each end of the cable?

A simple cable will not usually do the job though.
