I have a fridgemaster which leaks water onto the floor every month or so. I have tried pouring some hot water down the drain hole in case it may be blocked by ice, but it drains straight through to the floor. Anyone got any ideas please?

Check to see where that drain hole is going.

The water should normally be channeled into an open collection box at the back of the fridge - where the water sits and evaporates.
Perhaps there is a pipe disconnected - or something disrupting the water flow and direction.

As above, there's normally a collection "pot" on top of the motor, but it can get filled up with crud or have split.

We've had the same issue and it's been the pipe blocked every time.

Many thanks for your help. I found the tray and it was full! Hence the water leaking out through the small overflow pipe. Was pretty dirty also, so have cleaned it out and replaced it. I will make sure the channel where the drain is in the fridge is kept clear of ice and water, as that may have been the problem!
