Having just moved into a new house. We have realised that there is no longer enough room to have our original TV cabinet etc.
So we have to have the tv on its own, with the SKY and DVD/AMP in a cupboard underneath. Unforunately, the cupboard doesnt have a glass front, so the remotes wont work unless the door is open. (I hope this makes sense)
Is there anyway to still operate the Sky and DVD with the cupboard closed?

    Many thanks

You can get infrared extenders. eg I have one to work sky from the bedroom that has the sky box downstairs, this signal goes back down the RF feed. However, I'm sure there are ones you can get that have a number of "outputs", that you can place in front of your DVD and SKY and then just feed the input IR sensor out the back of the cupboard and place it on top.

Hope this helps, I'm sure someone can find you a link to a product...... :lease:
