A freind is looking to buy one of these sets, but I can't find stock at a reasonable price anywhere
Can anyone help? Cheapest I have found is £1300

Don't bother I had one of those last year, kept it a week and sent it back. Your friend can get the latest v32 Sony for less money and have a vastly superior TV as a result.

That's what he has done today actually. We got a 32" v series sony with 3 yr warranty for £1300

Good stuff, now get the TV set up with Lyris's settings from the thread for that TV and your friend will be a very happy chap. The PQ is just amazing.
