I don't know if this has been answered but I haven't seen it anywhere. I have just had my sky cables recently neatly chased into my lounge wall, so I was wandering when Sky HD comes out will I need a different Dish or cable (from dish to HD box) ?. I won't be a happy chap if I do!.

All that will be required is a new LNB.

Unless there is something drastic in the pipeline then the only reason to change a SKY D LNB is if you currently have a single unit and like SKY+ before it you need at least two feeds.
If you already have a twin or quad LNB then it should be a simple box swap out:)
