Help, desktop at a right angle.

A work friend as just phoned me for help but it has baffled me.
His desktop is completely at a right angle, every window that opens is at a right angle.
He has to tip his head sideways just to read his browser.

The last thing he did was tap lots of keys to get it out of sleep mode.
Sounds like he has activated a short cut in some way.

Its a Dell inspiron 2200 laptop and is fine on his wifes Login.

Any ideas?

Thanks

It's his display that can rotate - depending on the gfx card they'll be an option on the display settings.

He prob clicked a shortcut to it

Last time I fixed this for a relative it was something like CTRL-SHIFT-UPARROW to change - might not be that exactly tho ' :)
