hi guys im a newbie so here is my problem.

i have recently recieved some 5.1 headphones they are superb.
however the problem lies with my other equipment.
i have a ps2 and xbox which to get 5.1 sound, use optical outputs,
i also have a stereo hifi and pc with a 5.1 souncard.

the problem is i need a device/amplifier to connect all these audio out puts to so i can have on standard analogue 5.1 output to run my headphones off.

i have looked at some amplifiers but they are way out of my price range.
i have about £60 maximum and was wondering if anyone can point out some basic device to enable me to connect every thing to one output.

the quality does not matter to much just as long as everything will fit in.
    the outputs i have are:

    PC: 3x3.5 mm jacks - front,rear,centre/bass
    Stereo: 2xRCA output - left,right
    PS2/XBOX: 1xOptical output each

And the headphones use 3x3.5mm Jacks - front,rear,centre/bass

    thank you for any help
