    Hi,
im trying to choose between an Ipaq 4700 and a Xda11i.
Xda has the phone build in but maybe a bit clumpy!
Anyone used these for pro's and con's?
Main use will be to surf through wifi using IE.

Each has its own features and you really need to match these with your requirements.

With regards to the phone, I think that the PocketPC is the wrong size/format to be used or carried as a phone. But it may be better than carrying two devices with you.

    Looks a good tool.
Dont think it has wifi built in though.
I think the Ipaq 4700 is around the best handheld now as i want it for browsing and sat nav maybe this is the way to go.
Just wondered if there were any happy xda owners who would share their joy with me? :)

I received my XDA 2i yesterday, having used an XDA 2 for a year.

What can I say but I am very impressed, despite the similar looks, it has many more useful features including wi-fi and a better camera. Longer battery life too and the whole machine is more stable with better software (Mobile 2nd Edition).

I think I may have found my perfect PDA - it also fits with all the accessories I bought for the XDA 2.

I must say I am over the moon with it; buy one, you'll never regret it.

Same here went from an XDA2 to a XDA2i. Mighty good machines both of them with the 2i having wifi on top as well. Haven't noticed too much difference in the speed dept but the 2i has a 520mhz processor as well.
