i have a pair of diamond8.3's and im a little unsure how to attach the spikes to the bottom as the way i have them set up does seem correct.

at the moment, i have the screw + washer attaching the speaker to the plinth and then the bolt + spike screws into the bottom of the plinth.

is that the right way of doing it? the spike fits into the bottom of the plinth (seemingly) without needing the bolt, so why do i need the bolt?

or is the bolt supposed to go between plinth and speaker somehow?

anyone with this speaker (theres gotta someone!!) can draw me a diagram or describe how its done if im not doing it right?

The bolt (spikey bit) goes in, set it to the correct height so that the speaker is level and solid, then use the but to lock it in place ans stop it from vibrating.
