Help/Advice for Onkyo TX-SR876 + LG-OLED Home AV Config

Just got an LG-OLED65C1, and I'm dusting off my ~2008 Onkyo TX-SR876 + 5.2 Speaker Setup...
For AV inputs, I want to use Google Chromecast/GoogleTV dongle (HDMI), BlueRay Player, and Amazon Music.
Totally confused on how to set it all up. Should I plug everything into the Onkyo and send it to the LG via a single HDMI? LG has HDMI eARC/ARC, maybe connect the ChromeCast & BlueRay directly to the tv (HDMI), then send the audio back to the Onkyo via eARC/ARC or Optical Out? Or buy a new AV receiver? Any simple/obvious answers are much appreciated! I'm out in the boonies, so no local AV experts nearby...

Yeah, I guess I should invest in a "modern" AVR with eARC...

I cannot recall, but I thought the 876 supported eARC...

Mine has a failed HDMI card - so it's all academic.

Just make sure you keep it cool (fans on top to suck heat from the back...) or the HDMI boards lifetime will be limited.

It is still a great sounding AVR.
