Whats best, a 0 degree or very low altitude from the eye, or high up on the wall.

So at eye level when on the sofa or on the walll, were you have to constantly look up. Will you get neckaches? Or will your eyes suffer when looking upa ll the time?

No fixed answer to this one, whatever is comfortable for you.

FWIW, my 42" plasma is 900mm from the floor to the bottom of the screen, the middle of the screen is a little above eye height when sitting down.

Try the 'piece of paper' on the wall where you want it to be.

The height depends on the distance you are sitting.
I have mine approx. 1.1m to the bottom and do not find it is a problem.

OKay thanks, what methods are there of putting a plasma on the wall without a wall bracket? As that takes space up, and i might move the tv.

You can't put a 45kg plamsa on the wall without a bracket..

Careful planning is what you need...
