the listed running time is 115 mins, 5 mins longer than the uncensored German release reviewed here "Soldier Blue"

    This could be interesting!

Quote from PoochJD "FILM: Soldier Blue (18) - 11:50pm-1:45am
The almost uncut original version, of the controversial western, starring Candice Bergen and Peter Strauss, that deals with the historical event of the Sand Crook Massacre in 1864. The film contains some strong language, and graphic scenes of violence. The final 25-minutes is a real stomach-churner, so please be warned! Showing in Widescreen. (BBC1)"

I listed this on the "Films you have walked out of" Thread as one I wished I had walked out of.
I like a bit of escapist violence but considered this to be repugnant and sickening.
