You can still get the excellent Sony 20" KDL20s4000 (black) & KDL20s4020 (silver) at Sainsburys for the Sale Price of £299.99 but they are hard to find!

Best bet is to go to the Sainsbury site "Store finder - CLICK HERE" and phone the larger ones near you. I found them extremely helpful.:smashin:

The lady at Lincoln took my number and said she would phone me when any came in.

The lady at Sheffield said she would phone round and see if other stores had any...............................10 minutes later she called me and said she had reserved me one for 24 hours at Worksop. I am picking it up today. Well worth a 40 mile trip to save £50 on the best internet prices I reckon.

I actually went for the KDL20S2020 (previous model) as they had some of those in the sale too.

Not sure what this wierd morphing is that you are seeing but I have just checked those channels and see no problems.

Maybe a signal problem in your area?

how much were they in the sale?

doubt it is the signal; as it doesnt affect other channels or the adds or other programmes

    Maybe it was a flashback :) :)

It was a bit strange really.

They had the 2020 and the 4020, both silver, at £299.99;)

But the 4000 which is the Black version was £399.99 ! ? ! ?

You would be lucky to get any of these for under £349.99 even from internet suppliers.

I managed to find a KDL-20S4000 at Sainsburys Banber BRidge store. The girl on customer service confirmed the price as £299.00 but after getting there after half an hour on the M6 it turned out it was priced £399.99!! Oh well, best buying one online I guess. Less hassle too.
