Headphone Amp Connection Help Please

Hi,
This is proving to be a real head scratcher for me!
i have a Sony STR-DH800 av amp that im looking to connect a standalone headphone amp to as the output is basically s**t!!

my problem is...1..i cant seem to find a dedicated rca output that "plays" whatever is coming through the speakers around the back.
am i being really stupid?

Im thinking of upgrading my amp due to this, has anyone else done it?
Please help!

There are two rca audio outs labelled SA-CD/CD/CD-R Page 23 of the manual

All receivers will only output analogue channels from the stereo rca outputs. You need to connect your headphones to the sonys internal headphone amp if it has one.
