HDR/ARC Dilemma

Novice Member
Have a new 4K set. Currently only the PS4 can out HDR. Also have a soundbar currently hooked up via optical. My TV's ARC and HDR input are one in the same. Have a DISH receiver and Apple TV as well. How can I achieve a true ARC setup with the rest of my devices using HDMI instead of optical, while also being able to run my PS4 Pro in HDR?

Most TVs have HDMI control on all HDMI inputs so you could run an HDMI cable from the sound bar to any of the non HDR sockets, that will turn the bar on and off and have volume control from the TV remote. You would still need to run the optical to get the sound though. End result should be the same, it's just using 2 cables instead of one.
What equipment do you have, make/model etc
