Hi i have trouble with my Samsung Qn700a the hdmi signal drops from apple tv 4k and nvidia shield tv it drops for 4-5 seconds and then come back.The ps5 id working ok but other external devices are droping the signal.I try to change hdmi cables for certificated ultra hdmi cables and still nothing changed.I try to restart one connect box still nothing.Thanks

Contact with support and ask them for change of OCB if you are still in guarantee

Not that this helps but I have the same issue with the 65qn700a I got a couple of weeks ago.
Did you hat anywhere with Samsung?
Are u also getting the speaker rattle issues that seem common?
