HDMI pass through since last weeks update

Hi

I have my Humax freeesat box connected to my xbox one by HDMI into a splittter (the other HDMI 'out' lead going straight to my amp) and until last week, all was working perfectly. However, since last weeks update, if the xbox one is off and I watch TV from my freesat box, the picture and sound intermittently cuts out and the only way to rectify it is to turn the xbox one on.

Anyone else experienced any problems or have any suggestions?
