Hello, just a quick one, if I was to get hold of a micro HDMI cable and then used a micro to full size hdmi adapter/converter would this cable then be able to be used between a HTPC and TV? I need to put cable through a wall and with the micro plug being a lot smaller this mean that the hole I need to make in the wall and conduit used for the run would be smaller. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers.

Better to drill a suitable sized hole and avoid any potential for the Standard > Micro > Micro to Standard connections becoming a problem.

Hi, thanks for the advice, the cable I was looking at was full size one end and micro the other. Asked the eBay seller the same question and they said it simply wouldn't work? Guess I'll look for a bigger drill bit!!
