Question HDMI help needed please

Just brought a 4K oled and would appreciate some help in which hdmi cable I need to buy I understand that expensive is no better than reasonable in price but do I need to buy something which supports 4K or are they all the same ? And also which brands are good ?

You potentially don't need to buy anything - if you have exsisting cables and everything looks OK with those cables stick with them.

It will just be from my 4K player to my tv basically and maybe a 2m should be ok. I have no idea which is a good brand to buy with in hdmi

At 2m most HDMI cables will work - you don't need to spend much on a short cable £10 is likely more than enough.
